I manage a residential building with 20 individual apartments in a country where Netflix is not available for all. I would like to setup an internal entertainment network independent from the internet that the residents can access. Ideally how it work is, I would have a central storage system where I would upload tv shows and residents can access this storage from their homes via their tv. How would one go about setting up such a system ( if it is at all possible). Thank you so much in advance.
