How to stay anonymous to a Website.

Basically I don’t want a website to track the number of times I visit or interact with them. Essentially every time I visit the website I want it to think I’m visiting it for the first time.

I really could use some help even with basics. What measures should I take?

Would using Tor to change my IP address and Incognite mode on chrome to stop cookies being saved be enough? Is there anything else I can do?

Using Tor or a VPN can help you conceal you real identity. All you need to do is connect to a VPN before you visit the website. Just make sure that every time you establish a new connection so that you get a new IP.
