HP Officejet 5741 Printer and Windows 10/64

Has anyone had an issue with their HP printer and windows 10 64 bit? Since about an update or so ago I cannot get my printer to work properly using HP software. I found a work-around, but the work-around does not let my printer scan to computer. I have Cisco router and I have tried wireless and either net cable, can't get it going like it used to. I get the following messages:

1. using WordPerfect X8 - Failed Platform Function EndPage
2. using Notepad - Print Parameter is Incorrect

Any suggestions?
