I was looking at Hughsnet's new fair use policy on their website, for my friend has it and it seems to slow down in about 10 hours. Problem? He has their elite service (2mb/s,) and he pays 350 dollars per month for it! They slow it all the way down to 128Kb/s, and the threshold in which they slow it down...
500MB. Just 500MB. Thats about a afternoon of youtube, and windows updates running too. They cap it to 128KB/s (which is still good enough to do xbox live or maybe some cod4 on computer,) but they don't speed it back up for another 24 hours.
