I have a CiD popup problem and in desperate need of help

Hello, I have these CiD popups that i can't seem to get rid of with spybot, norton, spyware doctor, ad-aware. I tried everything then i saw that you guys help some people with this problem. I would really appreciate it if somebody can help me ged rid of these annoying popups. thank you.
P.S. I already downloaded hijackthis and ran a log. I run windows vista by the way.

Please refer to the malware removal sticky at the top of this forum, and follow the instructions in it before posting your logs.
