I have a problem with Goobzo GBUpdate

Every time I play a game on my computer my screen blinkes out and goes to my desktop and shows a little window. I was able to predict when it was going to happen next and got a screen shot of it. I attached a cropped file of the window that was appearing and interrupting my game play. I want to know How I can get rid of it so I can play my games without dying every time this pops up.
