I have a virus I can't get rid of, please help, computer slow and crashing

Hi,
I'm running widows XP and have a virus. I have rebooted into safe mode and ran anti malware and anti spyware programmes, found infections and deleted them. This hasn't worked and my computer is still really slow and crashes sometimes. Below is the hijack this report if it helps. Thank you very much if you have the time to help.

I have completed the 8 stage process and attatched the relevant logs. My AVG keepts detecting multiple infections 'runtime packed unpacked' C:/system volume information.

Delete these files in the hijackthis log... remove AVG and Adaware and download, install and run Avast free antivirus or Advir free antivirus. Download and run Advanced Systemcare free often

Hi,
I have done all you said. I have just turned my computer on and avast has found the same trojan C:\windows\ICUXODEMADAVAKUL.DLL. I move it to the file avast recommends but then I get the same 'a trojan horse was found!' message over and over again. The one thing I wasnt sure about in you last post was how to delete the files, i let hijak this 'fix' them as I could not see a delete option.

If you have not solved this problem yet; here is what i have had a great deal of success with. I would suggest that you go to www.savemybutt.com, go to download tab and copy the Utilities Instructions. On a regular basis download each of the free software's in the directions. and run each of them. To get rid of the current problem download Malwarebytes from the same site and insure it is updated after install. You may need to run it this time in safe mode but do a full scan and fix the problems found. Run all of the products there isn't one that covers all malware. Avast is a good anti virus product.
