Bought it to rip a bunch of CD's to my laptop that has no cd player. Everything was going fine till I tried to download the user manual from this link https://1drv.ms/f/s!AvjCToYO-fn11gS_BDHDKYOJlj4Ha
After being forced to delete many files from onedrive that I don't use, I'm stumped. I went back to the store in hopes he could save it to a flash drive but he couldn't.
Can somebody please tell me how to get it downloaded? If not, I take it back Using it on a W10 hp laptop
