I have a 9600 on windows xp and I always played games on my computer. I tried to update my driver and then suddenly I couldn't play games and everything kind of flickered around my desktop when being moved. I tried installing all these previous drivers and none work. When I try to play Madden it says "no 3d-acceleration hardware found" or something like that. The only way to make everything not flicker is to turn off hardware acceleration all the way. Ive tried everything to fix this. What do i do?

Download the version you were using before (or at least get as close as you can), reboot into Safe Mode > Start > Run > devmgmt.msc > Click the + on "Display Adapters", Right click your VPU > Uninstall. Reboot back into Safe Mode and install the other drivers.

In the future, when you install drivers that seem to give you a problem, go into the Device Manager (devmgmt.msc) > Right click the device > Properties > Driver tab > Roll Back Driver. This should enable the previous drivers for you.
