IE or non IE?

Quite often I see a choice of IE or Non IE when something is available to download Which one do I choose?
Like everyone else with a PC I have IE But never use it as my primary.I use GC or FF for that.
So do I chooseI E if IE is my primary, and Non IE if something else is my primary??? Thanks for your help.

In My Opinion one should download both. The NON IE one if for Firefox or others browsers that aren't IE. The IE one if specifically for IE. I don't use IE either, but I download both. Better safe than sorry.
