Im getting sagipsul popups!

Hello,
I WAS getting the sagipsul popups with firefox before, then i came across this forum and I did the Antivirus, Ccleaner, Anit-Malware, and Anti-spyware an HJT.

So far no more popups so does that mean Im safe?
