Sure, you're greeted by an esoteric beep, your flashy liquid cooling loop and meticulous wire routing become illuminated through the side window, your aftermarket case fans release a dull whir, your monitors eventually get a signal and in less than half a minute or so, you're staring at an operating system. That much is familiar to any PC user, but a new infographic offers a closer look at technical process that brings your system to life:

Am I the only one that's bugged by how many points in this are wrong?

1: Power button doesn't send a signal to the power supply, it used to over a decade ago though.

2: The power supply doesn't give power to your monitor in any way, and saying it gives power to to other perepherals is kinda pushing it imho.

Well, I'm not a gambler, so there. Plus, I'm the nicest guy you'd ever want to meet online. But, I have been thinking about building a new computer case in the shape of a phallus..
