Insane ping fluctuations

The last 3 days I have been dealing with insane ping fluctuations on my desktop. I am connected through ethernet. The last 6 months I've had no issues with the hardware I'm using but once of a sudden my ping changed from stable 25 ping EUW to fluctuations between 70 and 500 ping. I have been using my Powerline adapter for over 3 years now, the only hardware that has changed in those 3 years is my pc back in march 2020.

it will take ~3 minutes to complete. This will show where in the path the delays are located
