Inspiron 570 crashes

Hey my name is Lonnie, and I been having problem with my inspiron 570. I have recently upgraded from a Athlon ll 2.4Mhz to a Phenom ll 565 with 3.4 Mhz and I have added a NVIDIA Geforce GT420.My Problem is that it crashes but with no BSOD so I check the drivers for both my CPU and card they are both up to date and I played my games on the low setting still crashes.Then I when to event viewer and I see this:
A fatal hardware error has occurred.

Component: AMD Northbridge
Error Source: Machine Check Exception
Error Type: HyperTransport Watchdog Timeout Error
Processor APIC ID: 0

I have tried all I can think off please help

BSOD's create minidumps.
Go to C:\windows\minidump and select all the .dmp files. Right-click sending these files to a compressed(zipped)folder. Upload this folder as a file to your post
