Install AVG 9: Computer doesn't boot in safe mode anymore

Okay Kaspersky online scan finished, found 1 thing... here's the log file.

The file it found is apparently quarantined by combofix.
So what would you recommend now?

I believe it would be safe to just say, boot in safe mode and delete it... but then again I'm not familiar with what combofix does when it 'quarantines' stuff... so not sure what would happen if I did that.

Edit: I can't find for the life of me what to do with this file that combofix quarantined... helps

I'd just say uninstall Combofix Start > Run > Combofix /Uninstall
Then just delete the Combofix quarantine folder, and start removing System Restore points etc
But I would prefer to see kritius advice on this

Well me, myself, and I came to a consensus and decided it best to boot in safe mode, delete the infected quarantined file, and then boot normally and remove Combofix.

It worked fine though... so all is well.

I'm currently running through a bunch of scans and running the Kaspersky Online Scan again to make sure everything's gone, but everything appears to be all cleaned up.

Thanks everyone for your help, I would have reloaded the OS by now lol.
