Installing Win7 X86, X64, Win8.1 X64, Ubuntu & FreeBSD with each other

Is there any tutorial or small book to being relatively good familiar with that issue that you aware of it or I should just being googling? I think because this topic is a complex one so it's better to have good info before going to do that.

Just google it. Or look at the documentation that 'Ubuntu' provides. It's easy to dual-boot.
