Installing Windows 10 and Bluetooth

Hi I have just upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7. Bluetooth was installed when I got the computer but having trouble connecting it on Windows 10. Should I reinstall or download another version? IS there somewhere I can download for free? Thanks Pete

The point is some pc has Bluetooth some not , so if yes then driver u will need and I think it will work.
