Intel seems incredibly confident. This is very exciting!

Yes they are very confident that their new arch is beating a year old cpu arch.

Which I would hope would be the case.

Intel's stock has never been as low as AMD prior to Lisa. So it won't be the same you are not going to be experiencing the same kinda growth with your return.

First rule of propaganda: simply state what you want people to think over and over again.

If you say it enough times, people will start to believe it's true... so... sure... Intel is back... I await evidence

One of the biggest problems at Intel was the toxic environment that purposefully burned through employees creating a mercenary culture with very little loyalty in either direction. It was bad enough in the early 2000s I turned down a job offer there and went elsewhere. Unless this has changed I find it hard not only to root for their success but difficult to believe improvements will be sustained.
