Solved Internet Explorer frozen

During the resets so far I have not been checking the box for Delete Personal Settings because it is not my computer.

I'd ask the owner and I'd reset everything.

Thanks Broni. I did a full reset deleting personal info, no change. Then I tried running the "no add-ons" shortcut to IE in the System Tools menu. That fixed it. So then I disabled every add-on and that fixed the 32 bit browser. I'll work with the add-ons to find the culprit(s.) I will also point out to the owner your helpful post above containing all the recommendations to avoid future infections. Thanks again for all of your help!! I will send you a Thank You gift.

I found out that it was Adobe Shockwave Flash Object that is causing it to hang. When it is disabled everything works OK. When it is enabled IE is toast.
Do you know the best way to fix it?

I removed the broken Shockwave Flash Object with Revo Uninstaller and installed new Flash 11 by downloading the installer and running as Admin. Now everything works well. Thanks again Broni!
