Internet keeps cutting off every 10-60 sec

Hello,
So I have a problem with internet on my pc, internet on my phone works perfectly. Internet on my pc cutts off every 10-60 sec for some reason, but my modem works fine and every cable is fine, I restarted everything few times and it keeps happening and then all of a sudden internet works, but when I turn off my pc and turn it on it usually comes back.Also this is every internet connection I tried so it must be something with my pc. A
nyone knows what this is pls help. Sorry for bad english. Thanks!

Wired connection to PC? Possible failing NIC or drivers need update. Try installing manufacturer drivers first.

Is this a DSL modem? if so check the phone line filters.

What is your os and connection type(wired or wireless)?
