Inactive Invisible Virus?

My CPU was going up to 80% and when Comodo blocked this it seems my pc is back to normal.
The thing is, if I got to the location it says it is, I cannot find anything. I cannot delete it.
Any tips?

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.
