Is it virtumonde trojan? If not can you help me anyway?

I dont kno what i have but it seems to be virtumonde cuz i will get a pop up ad in my browser and the description of the trojan says it does that I ran a scan with spyware doctor and it found it but it wont never remove it "sad" but below is the requested files you all asked for. Hope u all can help
