So I just case swapped my gaming rig, a lot of the parts are getting old and a bit outdated and I plan to replace everything inside soon. But my problem is after I power off the PC and come back from work, sometimes, but not always, when I turn the PC on it gets stuck in a turning on then dying loop. Right before it dies it sounds like my PSU is cranking pretty hard. But if I turn power off to the PSU or unplug the system then try again, it will turn back on. So is this a PSU issue? Or is something going over my head. Here's my specs
