Issues with DVD rom

I am having problems with my dvdrom

1.my dvdrom belongs to pioneer
2.reading dvds fine
3.reading bootable cds
4.upper&lower filters doest exist in the registery
now the actual problem is nydvdrom not reading other cds except bootable.
please help me

try cleaning the drive. Could be created cds are scratched. You didn't give much info.

If all else fails, replace the drive.
