Iusb3mon v nusb3mon

I have both these 'monitors' running on my Windows 10 (1903) system:

[SIZE=26px]...\Intel® USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver\Application\iusb3mon.exe
and
[SIZE=26px]...\Renesas USB3.0 Host Controller Driver\Application\nusb3mon.exe

The nearest I can figure out they do the same thing, and neither is required. Is that correct? Can I kill the darn things?[/SIZE][/SIZE]
