Kingston 8gb MicroSD not showing up on computer

I purchased the Kingston 8GB Micro SDHC Mobility Multi Kit Model MBLY/8GB - Retail got it on my computer using the included adapters, formated to FAT32, put some files on, and a couple days later, it doesn't seem to show up at all.

When I put it in the first time, there was massive lag whenever I used it, using windows explorer or other programs.

Now, whenever i put in my card, all i see is my adapter, an empty "Removable Disk", even when i insert my card while the adapter is connected.

I am running windows XP - 32 SP2.

Oh alright, i was thinking of updating, now it seems the time has come.
Ill see what happens.
