I agree with it completely. Too many drivers have the attitude "it'll never happen to me". Next thing they know they're asking why they're in the ER or ICU.

You guys still dont see the need for taking such drastic measures as I suggested. Something has to give. How many school children have to die before we as a whole put our foot down
