Good Day Everybody,
My Toshiba Satellite L505D kept freezing up at the desktop screen after I would start it up. The longest I've waited was about 30 mintues and it was still frozen I couldn't move the mouse or anything. I would restart and it would do the same thing. I found out I could do a factory reset and I did but everytime it would start there would be a configuration screen and after it finishes my laptop would reboot. after about 3 reboot doing the same configuraiont, I would try to log back on and it would say that my account has been locked and to see my system administrator. I've also did a factory reset and would close the configuration window and did alot of windows updates. it would reboot and do other updates when it rebooted one time and said that my account was locked like I said above. I don't know what else to do. If somebody is able to help me I would definitely appreciate it.
