Laptop help

I need to take my laptop to a computer technician to get it running properly. I have little or no knowledge on tidying up software and getting rid of virus and threats. I wonder if anyone can suggest a reputable qualified and trusted computer technician in the Wakefield area. I do not need a computer repair, I need some help with getting the laptop to run faster and clearing up old files etc.
