Laptop internet not working

I connect the ethernet cable directly from the modem into the laptop right after reformat into my laptop and no internet wireless or direct connection. Dont know if this will help but when I type ipconfig /all in cmd it gives me this info.




You're probably wondering why there isnt anything said. Well that is because when I did it, it just said "Windows IP Configuration" instead of the usual IP address, subnet, all that junk. I am very confused. Never had this much trouble just connecting to the network right away... Any suggestions?

i am wondering why you haven't told us anything meaningful to help you with!

you reformatted the system. ok. got it.
did you reinstall your os, drivers, and software?

if so, everything should be normal.

Why didn't you just back up your system with a cloning program first?
