Laptop shutting down itself

Hello, My Acer eMachines E529 laptop is shutting down itself, It's not battery problem or Ac problem. It could be overheating but all fans are working, what else can be his problem?

It's overheating, my cpu goes till 90° and shuts down, what can be done about it?

You need to have the laptop serviced. The CPU/Video Chip will need to have its thermal pads/paste replaced...
