Hi my laptop won't boot fully. It boots like normal until just before I get to the log in window and then it freaks out, making a loud revving noise for about 20 seconds and then a blue screen comes up. I can only open in 'safe mode' and this is the information I got from windows:

I can't access the dump file in safe mode so I can post it unless someone can tell me how to do it. I also ran a virus check using avast in safe mode and it found 1 threat which I deleted but this did nothing when I restarted the laptop.
