Laptop won't get internet, but others will

So, I have a simple network with a few pc's and laptops on it. I have one laptop that will not connect to the internet, wired or wireless. It connects to the network, although you can't see anything. All the other machines connect fine, wired and wireless. The laptop that won't connect will connect to another wifi network. What gives. The router has been restarted so has the laptop...

Just so you understand, Ethernet connectivity is different than Internet access (aka browser usage).

If you look here, you will be able to tell the difference.
