LinkedIn (scam artists)

Somehow these people got my info I started filling out a form then decided it wasn't for me and deleted what I had entered I never submitted it or gave a credit card # then I received an email almost immediately saying I joined and here is my PIN # I tried emailing back that email but it was undeliverable to let them know I did not join so somehow they got my info then right after that I got a notification from my credit card company that an international charge had been made I checked and it was these people they somehow got my credit card info charged without my authorization for what I have no idea they also installed their app on my phone which u can't uninstall somehow I finally found a way to get in contact with LinkedIn and emailed them to reverse the charge or I'll be calling my lawyer and the police even after this email they made 2 more charges on my credit card so I spoke with my credit card company and they reversed the charges and canceled the card and r doing a fraud investigation I spoke to tech people of how to get rid of their app they told me to back everything up to the cloud cause it won't back up a 3rd party app then factory reset my phone then restore my data but the app came back so I disabled it and force stop it for now but how could I get rid of it. Thank u for ur help Cycloid Torus I did do that and I also used the cloud but the app came back as I said in my post is there another way

You're going to hate this idea, but you need to go ahead and clear out you're "recent" back up data.
I think google play and your manufacturer will keep different sets of back up during a 3 month span.
Also if the app keeps coming back, that is clearly a malware problem and possibly rootkit infection
