Load balancing

I have one question , can I make load balance with cyberoam cr100ing . I have 2 ISP in my company, bouth have same speed ,
does is make sense ?

That's not load balancing. It applies when you have two or more SERVERS and want them all to receive about the same load as new requests arrive.

The ISP connections are not visible to your internal systems.

To spread you work across the ISPs, you need a multi-home configuration and the routing of the connected routers to have the same METRIC in the routing table of every workstation - - not fun to setup.

One question. what I will get from load balancing? both providers give to my company same speed (local 20MB ;Global 10Mb).can I increase speed ?

NOT AT ALL. 10+10 is not 20mb bandwidth as once a connection is made, the whole data stream is STUCK on that path and ignores the availability of the other.
