Looking for BIOS

Hi All,
Some months ago I bricked my MSI GP62 7RD laptop BIOS chip with a borked UEFI update the laptop is now black screen dead as you might expect. Its way out of warranty.

Anyway I have been watching videos and learning a bit more and I now want to try to rewrite the BIOS.

I've opened the case and am using a CH341a programmer to read the chip.

I now need the BIOS in a *.bin or *hex format.... The MSI website doesnt provide that-just the file suffixed with .324 which I guess is the latest version. Numerous google bing and website searches have promised loads but essentially turned out to be dead ends. I've tried the intel sites which supply drivers but not BIOS.

Can anyone tell me where to get the file I need or how to extract it from the file I have?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Call MSI technical support, tell them what is happening.
Before they are quick to hang up, tell them you need that file.
Make sure you speak to tier 2 or tier 3 technicians.

Tier 1 is basic technical-customer support not advance.
Ask them if you can pay for out of warranty support.
Some companys will do that depending on the issue and how severe it is.
