Looking for graphics card suggestion

My friend recently obtained a stock Dell Inspiron 546 off someone. She's primarily using it to play World of Warcraft but is only getting 10 FPS at best. I'd like to help her choose a graphics card that would at least get that up to a playable 30 FPS without needing to swap out other parts in the computer as well. Currently she's just using the integrated AMD RS780 chip. Can anyone offer a suggestion on a good pick? Thanks for your time.

Geforce GTX 950

The GeForce GTX 950 is a much better gaming graphics card on a budget than the GTX 750 Ti ever was. For the same money you get over 40% more performance and for the first time in a long while Nvidia is taking it to AMD in the budget realm.

Compared to the Radeon R7 370, the GTX 950 seems like an obvious choice as it was on average 10% faster while consuming roughly the same amount of power. The cheaper R7 370 cards retail for $150 and the GTX 950 is expected to sell for a similar price with an MSRP of $159 at launch.

There is your two options. Anything with more power will likely require a better PSU. Please check the PSU power rating and make sure it will handle which ever card you choose to purchase.
