Nobody can help you until you tell us what OS and version and service pack you have, or whether you think that dll belongs to some other piece of software altogether. Could be a game for instance..

Thanks! that solved it. I was trying to get a WIFI program to work made by nirsoft and it needed that dll. I look on the net and coundn't find it, but I guess I needed Microsoft network monitor.
