I purchased an Asus M32AD tower about 2 years ago. It comes with

High Definition 8 Channel Audio. For speakers I have a 4.1 setup that's kept me satisfied for years. Not so much with this computer. I have used 2 different sound cards in all them years SoundBlaster Live Value and the Audigy. There is no choice for a 4.1 system only 5.1, 7.1, stereo, and quadrophonic. Do you or anyone think I was possibly getting better sound quality with the soundcards, rather than what I have now? Also there is no bass or treble control with the realtek software. Anyone have opinions on this?
