Low FPS in CSS

Hello there, I'm playin' CSS.
I just found my old gaming computer, the one i used for counter strike 1.6

I know its bad, but i would like to make it good enough for CSS,
My FPS is between 20-30, and thats not enough for gaming correct.
I would like it atleast 60+

Only thing you could do is buy more ram and upgrade your vga. Possibly your cpu.

cpu, central processing unit, vga is your graphics card, it looks like your graphics are onboard, you dont have a stand alone video card, which is a huge reason why your fps is so low.

Just looked up the board, you actually have a lot of headroom on this motherboard.

How much can you spend for this computer as far as upgrades. Also I need to know how many watts are on the power supply unit, if you dont know, open the side, tell me the name and model number of the psu with how many watts.
