Malware, believed to be fixed, but want to be sure. logs are attached

Here are the logs requested from the 8-step process. I was hoping someone with more expertise than I could look them over and see if further action needs to be taken. All help is appreciated. Thanks!

Fix O20 - AppInit_DLLs: cru629.dat in hijackthis. And use an online scanner such as kaspersky's. You might also need to re-enable your antivirus, I see its AVG and its disabled. If you cannot, reinstall it.
