Malwares on my PC

i got notification from avg that my computer has been infected with tanatos.J.. then after a while, i saw that it has been infected with another virus which is tanatos.H.. and then with this one too, win32/heur. what am i going to do?

If you follow it thoroughly, there's a really good chance that your system will be OK
