Many Years Later: 3GB vs 6GB GTX 1060 in Today's Games

I would bet GTX 1050Ti with 4GB could be better than this 3GB rip-off by nvidia.

I highly doubt anyone that bought the cheap 1060 3GB expected to run brand new AAA games on max settings in 2021 anyway...

Most that bought them, play esport games, which uses pretty much no VRAM (1-2GB) and are CPU bound anyway..

VRAM is great yeah, if the chip is capable.
This is why 12GB on 3060 is pointless for example. I'd take a 3060 Ti 8GB any day over this.
