McAfee detected Trojan, system still damaged

Hi McAfee detected a "Generic Trojan" on my machine.

I have since run a full virus scan, spware scans, ccleaner, and HijackThis etc.

However, I am still seeing strange behaviour so I am not sure that everything is clean.
Sometimes when I log in I see a few dos windows starting up.
Also, since the infection, my Task manager no longer opens, and my windows updates have started failing.

I have attached the HJT log.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, basically to help me clean and repair my system.

Regards,
Alan

The Log Appears to be good. Download and Run https://www.techspot.com/downloads/5587-combofix.html

And use http://www.superantispyware.com/ to wipe remaining spyware(if Any)

Finally , run an online scanner, i recommend kaspersky http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner

These are known symptoms of malware. You will need more than a HijackThis log however.

Currently, there are no trained malware helpers available on TechSpot. ComboFix should ONLY be run if suggested by and guided by a trained malware helper.

IF you would like assistance at this time, please see Tech-101

Please follow the preliminary removal instructions ans leave information about your current system problems.
