Media player trouble

basically when i play a movie all of the media players besides windows media player get stuck at the point of showing the control box which you use to play pause stop ext until i press control+alt+del to get the task manager up then it appears any clues why this is. i have tried bsplayer and realplayer

Have you tried VLC media player

havent tried i dont think but i was trying to work out why i am having the problem in the first place

Sorry I usually address the fault in question but because you posted other players, thought I'd supply a good one.

Anyway, I'd start by re-installing (that is uninstall first) both bsplayer and realplayer

i was just saying cos i thought you might know how to fix the problem. re-installing didnt work
