Memory Dump Problem

Hey there, I am having a problem with my computer and random memory dumps/freezing/rebooting throughout the day, mainly when I play Asherons Call. Here is my setup:

AMD Athlon 64 FX-57
MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum
2x 512MB Kingston (2-2-2-5 @ 200mHz)
nVIDIA GeForce 7900 GTX (512 MB)
120 gig Western Digital Hard Drive (Master)
250 gig Maxtor Hard Drive (Slave)

No components run over 55 degrees C under load. I am completely lost as to how I should go about fixing this. It has been happening for approx. 6 months now, off and on, and has become more frequent. I have re-formatted my hard drive twice now, and the problem hasn't fixed itself.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

1. check ram with memtest 86+
2. check to see if your PSU is adequate and also not working. (use a tester tool and a multimeter.)
3. check your drivers.
