Merging Many Folder together

Is there anyway to merge about 2000 folder in 1 folder !
I rly need it ASAP !

Restatement: merge the contents of 2000 folders all into one folder.

do you know that will create a very poorly response every time you access the consolidated folder, especially if these are all pictures - - the thumbnails will massively impact the time to get the window opened.
