Micro web cam installation

When I'm trying to Download the Drivers for my Micro Web Cam , from Free Downloading Web site , on my Windows XP ( Pro ) Desktop , I am getting an Error Message " Can not Initialize Install Gui " . Can somebody help me to solve my problem ?
