I ordered this on Feb 1 and paid in Canadian dollars; it's posted to my Visa. The shop said I would receive an email but nothing has arrived. It seems I cannot log into the shop with the same login creds used here!? I use KeePass but have only the one TechSpot entry. I tried forgot password for this email as well as the only other two email accounts I might have used but got no reset codes to any of them. Could I have somehow have ordered this as a guest? I'm not sure how that could have happened but the 3 emails I might have used don't get a code. Can you track this down and get my purchased item sent to me?
