I have a laptop with dual boot for w10 on one partition and w8 on the other.
On w10 the atheros qca9377 wireless adaptor shows in device manager and works fine
but in the w8 partition the adaptor does not show in the device manager and is not recognized. Have tried deleting the entries in the network adaptor and scanned for new hardware but no success. Have also tried a couple registry hacks published but to no avail. In the interim I am using a tp-link adaptor for w8 but obviously would prefer to use the installed hardware. Anyone got any ideas how I can fix this.
